Geneious Prime中的映射器仅适用于DNA序列。

您可以使用具有非标准设置的多重比对，将肽映射到参考蛋白质序列，如下所示：

2。Go Align/Assemble - Multiple Alignment.

3.Choose the Geneious Alignment tool, click More/Fewer Options and set Gap extension penalty to 0 and Refinement Iterations to at least 3.
