You can use the Tools→Extract Annotations operation to extract primers by setting ‘Match any of the following’ and then setting ‘Annotation type is primer bind’ and ‘Annotation type is primer bind reverse’.  这将为文档表中的每个引物创建一个单独的引物文档，并且它们将在您的oligo数据库中可用。  

Note that if you only want to extract individual primers from a sequence it is quicker to just select the primer annotation and click “Extract”.  这将引物直接提取成寡核苷酸形式。
