Geneious may not be able to access restriction enzyme databases while the indexer is running or paused.  在“源”面板下检查屏幕的左下角，是否是这种情况。If the indexer is paused, click on it to restart it, allow it to complete and then your restriction enzyme databases should show up again.  See also “Why is my indexer continually running?” under the Databases section.
